At Mac Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
